• All orders are shipped via Australia Post, with tracking provided.

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on Australia Post’s pricing.

• We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

• Yes — we do ship to PO Boxes.

We take great care in packaging and checking every piece, but if something arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us:

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

• Or a full/partial refund at our discretion

• Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

• Due to hygiene reasons and our small-batch nature, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
